Inshore fishing has been very productive this week! We have been able to find plentiful Trout (white and speckled), redfish, mangrove snapper, and flounder. We have been having our fair share of bonus catches as well including pompano, permit, black drum, jack crevalle, catfish and stingrays. Live bait has been the go to specifically live shrimp and bull minnows. We are targeting points of structure for most of these fish including docks, bridges, reefs, and jetties. When the weather cooperates fishing has been fun!

 

 

 

    When the seas are calm enough inshore fishing has been great as well! We are finding Redfish, mangrove snapper, black drum, flounder, pompano, and spanish mackerel on the pass jetties and nearshore reefs. We have been able to sneak out a little further a few days this week before the weather moved in and have been able to find red snapper and king mackerel just a few miles out as well. Nearshore fishing continues to keep us busy when the waves let us get out there!
